When we respond via email, your email reply will appear as soon as you login to RubyNet. Alerts can also be established by clicking on "SET EMAIL ALERTS". Here you can be notified when your account balances reach a certain limit, if you simply want a reminder that your CD matures on April 1, 2005, or that Susie's birthday is November 2. You will need to supply your outside email address but again, private or confidential information will not be sent - only an alert.
Please do not use your outside email (i.e. yourname@3rivers.net) to send us account information or passwords. Remember, we will never send you an email asking for this information. Please call us if you do receive a request for any private and confidential information.

WHAT IS MY RUBYNET LOGIN?
Your RubyNet login is your primary checking account number for auto enrollment or the assigned numeric code provided by Ruby Valley National Bank.
CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Yes, your password can be changed by clicking "PASSWORD" on the icon bar. Your password must be 6 -10 characters in length and a combination of alpha and numeric. You are encouraged to utilize a password that is something not easily identified-like your child's name, birth date, etc. If you add or remove someone on your account, please notify the RubyNet Administrator so that access can be restricted or denied on that person's RubyNet account.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
You are allowed three attempts to enter your password. On the third attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system to protect your account. Click "Forgot Password". RubyNet will then ask you to answer the secret question you established when you auto enrolled. If you answer your secret question correctly, RubyNet will email a new password to you. You will enter this password when logging in. Upon a successful login, you will be presented the "PASSWORD" icon to change your password to something more easily remembered by you. If you were manually enrolled, you will need to call the RubyNet Administrator at (406) 684-5678 or (800) 281-1031 to have your password reset.
IS THE SYSTEM SECURE?
All RubyNet banking activity is protected by using SSL and a minimum of 128-bit encryption to ensure the highest levels of encryption. In addition, all RubyNet transaction requests pass through two distinct control and validation centers-the firewall and the Internet Banking Web Server. An Intrusion Detection system has been implemented to monitor network traffic and log any possible penetration attempts to the network. The enhanced secure login process also authenticates your computer and identity before allowing access to the system. The random code changes on each login to prevent the recreation of key strokes and your personal Security Key verifies you are on the secure site.
