EXPLANATION OF FINANCE CHARGES FOR ACCOUNT WITH VIGILANTE LINES OF CREDIT

Finance charges begin to accrue immediately when you make an advance.  Finance charges will be computed as follows:

To figure the finance charge for each billing cycle, a daily periodic rate is multiplied by the average daily balance of  the loan account balance.  You then multiply that amount by the number of days in the billing cycle.  To figure the average daily balance, you first take the loan account balance at the beginning of each day, and add any new advances, and subtract any payments or credits that apply to debt repayment, and any unpaid finance charges, fees, and charges.  This gives you the daily balance.  Then you add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide the total by the number of days in the billing cycle.  This gives you the average daily balance.

For billing errors and questions write or call us at (406) 842-5411.

The daily periodic rate and annual percentage rate on your Vigilante Line of Credit may vary.
